"Cross-Team Dependency Collaboration" is a YesDev project template for R&D scenarios with dependencies across multiple teams (interfaces, deliverables, schedules). Organised around "dependencies", it manages interface protocols, integration testing, blocking risks and acceptance criteria in one project — covering dependency clarification, protocol alignment, integration verification and delivery archiving, so teams quickly gain a visual view of cross-team collaboration.
